Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the service and provide a detailed explanation of the issue you experienced. Our team will review your request and determine if a refund is appropriate.
Eligibility for a Refund
Refunds will only be granted if the service was not delivered as described or if the service was defective. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of a refund on a case-by-case basis.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the service.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Our refund policy does not apply to services that have been customized or modified at the request of the customer. These services are not eligible for a refund.
